We also do not encourage overselling, however do allow it - in the circumstance that a reseller customer breeches their contract for usage, the customer will be billed. Therefore, our system in place limiting our servers 75% maximum usage ensures you do not encounter lack of available resources.  

Q: 24/7 Support?
A: All companies aim to maintain 24/7 support, we do offer twenty four hour support facilities, but not twenty four hour direct human support. We're on hand throughout the day and night to answer high priority support tickets, although we class our 24/7 support system using the FAQ, cPanel Tutorials and Support Forums.

Q: I'm not overly happy about my service after 7 days?
A: Our 7 day money back guarantee entitles you to full compensation within the time frame. Following from the 7th day, we believe after seven days if you're not happy then we maybe able to offer you some sort of compensation.
